At Bombol return shipment and traceable original shipment to you are free of charge, even the insurance on the shipments is free of charge
You have a 30-day trial period if you buy from www.bombol.com. If for whatever reason we did not match your expectations, you can send your product back and it’s on us.
If 30 days have gone by since your purchase, unfortunately we can’t offer you a refund or exchange.
To be eligible for a full free return including shipment costs, your item must be complete and in the original packaging.
If you bought your bouncer in a store, the 30-day trial period does not apply as there are higher costs associated with selling through a third party and different retailers have different policies.
To complete your return, we require a receipt or proof of purchase.
The NBK is exempt from a free return unless it is unused in the original packaging and returned with the bouncer.
Discounted goods, goods ordered through our business channel and bespoke goods are non-returnable.
REFUNDS (IF APPLICABLE)
You need to contact us before you ship any product back to us. If you ship before contacting us, you will not be eligible for a refund.
If the customer refuses the delivery due to the import duties, fees and/or taxes, the package will either be destroyed or returned to it’s sender. In that case, transportation an courier handling fees will be deducted from the original price.
Any additional fee occurred will be the responsibility of the customer and original order will NOT be refundable.
Once your return is received and inspected, we will send you an email to notify you that we have received your returned item. We will also notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund.
If it is approved, then your refund will be processed, and a credit will automatically be applied to your credit card or original method of payment.
There are certain situations where only partial refunds are granted (if applicable): goods that are damaged due to misuse or missing parts for reasons not due to our error.
LATE OR MISSING REFUNDS (IF APPLICABLE)
We do our best to process your refund as soon as possible. If you haven’t received a refund yet, first check your bank account again.
Then contact your credit card company, it may take some time before your refund is officially posted.
Next contact your bank. There is often some processing time before a refund is posted.
