Is my product eligible for a refund?
You have a 30-day trial period if you buy regular price from www.bombol.com. If for whatever reason we did not meet your expectations, you can send your product back and it’s on us, including the return shipment. If your product qualifies for a refund, you must contact us first before shipping. If you ship before contacting us, you will not be eligible for a refund.
Are there purchases which are explicitely excluded?
Unfortunately, we can’t offer you a Refund or Exchange under one of the following circumstances:
● All discounted purchases, purchases made with any discount codes other than a “welcome” discount code, or purchases made during promotions
● Products that have been broken due to misuse or that are permanently stained by permanent markers, mechanical or synthetic oils or have been treated with biting chemicals will not be eligible for a refund.
● 30 days have gone by since your purchase
● Purchase made through sales channels other than www.bombol.com such as other online stores or regular retail.

● Products ordered through our business channel
● Products delivered to countries that are not on our “shipping to” list
I bought my product in a store. Can I get a Refund?
If you bought your Bombol Product in a store, the 30-day trial period does not apply as there are higher costs associated with selling through a third party and different retailers have different policies. If you feel your product should be exchanged, please contact your original reseller.
I received my product as a gift. Can I return it and get a refund?
We can only refund to the original credit card or original method of payment . If you and you'd like a refund, please contact the person who made the purchase on www.bombol.com web store..
Is my product eligible for a Free Return?
If your product was bought at regular price, your product is eligible for a Free Return if you follow the Return & Refund procedure.
Purchases made with a “welcome” discount code qualify for a Refund, but not a Free Return.
Can Bombol still refund damaged products?
Yes, Bombol can at its sole discretion agree to a partial refund for goods that are damaged due to misuse or missing parts for reasons not due to our error.
The return shipment was deducted or not refunded. How come?
If the products are not shipped in the original box, the packaging used must be not exceed more than 5 mm per side than the dimensions of the original box. If the box used is bigger, the actual return shipment cost is not refunded.
My product was damaged or defective. How can I exchange it?
In case of defective or damaged products and they are eligible for the warranty, we will replace them like for like. If you you bought it on www.bombol.com, just send us an email at email@example.com and we’ll send you a free shipping label. The time it takes for your exchanged product to reach you will vary depending on where you live. If you bought it in a store, please contact the original reseller.
Step 1 - before you ship
You need to contact us at firstname.lastname@example.org with a receipt or proof of purchase before you ship any product back to us. If you ship before contacting us, you will not be eligible for a refund.
Step 2 - pack the product correctly
Ensure the product is packed in the original packaging. In case you don't have the original packaging anymore, please make sure to pack the product properly to avoid damages during shipping. Your custom packaging must not exceed more than 5 mm per side than the dimensions of the original box. Oversized packaging results in extra shipping costs which is why we cannot refund the return shipment cost.
Step 3 - receipt confirmation and inspection
Once your return is received and inspected, we will send you an email to notify you that we have received your returned item. We will also notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund. Products that have been broken due to misuse or permanently stained by permanent markers, mechanical or synthetic oils or have been treated with biting chemicals will not be eligible for a refund.
STep 4 - Where do I ship my product to?

Step 5 - Refund
Once it is approved, then your refund will be processed, and a credit will automatically be applied to your credit card or original method of payment. Gift cards are only refundable to the original buyer and after the code has been deactivated.

first check your bank account again. Then contact your credit card company, it may take some time before your refund is officially posted. Next contact your bank.
