At Bombol return shipment and traceable original shipment to you are free of charge. The insurance on the shipments is included in the price.
You have a 30-day trial period if you buy from www.bombol.com. If for whatever reason we did not match your expectations, you can send your product back and it’s on us.
If 30 days have gone by since your purchase, unfortunately we can’t offer you a refund or exchange.
To be eligible for a full refund and a free return, your item must be complete, in the original packaging and bought without discount codes. Purchases with discount codes are still eligible for a full refund but must be returned at your expense in a traceable way.
Purchases delivered to countries not in our list are not eligible for a full refund.
If you bought your bouncer in a store, the 30-day trial period does not apply as there are higher costs associated with selling through a third party and different retailers have different policies.
To complete your return, we require a receipt or proof of purchase.
The NBK is exempt from a free return unless it is unused in the original packaging and returned with the bouncer.
Discounted goods, goods ordered through our business channel and bespoke goods are non-returnable.
REFUNDS (IF APPLICABLE)
You need to contact us before you ship any product back to us. If you ship before contacting us, you will not be eligible for a refund.
Once your return is received and inspected, we will send you an email to notify you that we have received your returned item. We will also notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund.
Products that have been broken due to misuse or permanently stained by permanent markers, mechanical or synthetic oils or have been treated with biting chemicals will not be eligible for a refund.
If it is approved, then your refund will be processed, and a credit will automatically be applied to your credit card or original method of payment.
Gift cards are only refundable to the original buyer and after the code has been deactivated.
There are certain situations where only partial refunds are granted (if applicable): goods that are damaged due to misuse or missing parts for reasons not due to our error.
If the products are not shipped in the original box, the packaging used must be not exceed more than 5 mm per side than the dimensions of the original box. If the box used is bigger, the actual return shipment cost is not refunded.
LATE OR MISSING REFUNDS (IF APPLICABLE)
We do our best to process your refund as soon as possible. If you haven’t received a refund yet, first check your bank account again.
Then contact your credit card company, it may take some time before your refund is officially posted.

Ensure the product is packed in the original packaging. in case you don't have the original packaging anymore, please make sure to pack the product properly to avoid damages during shipping. Your custom packaging must not exceed more than 5 mm per side than the dimensions of the original box.
